Measure a ring you own
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits the finger you'll wear it on, then match it to the chart.
Or measure your finger
Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length flat — that's your circumference. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest.
